CropCare is committed towards incentivising initiatives and production practices that result in safer, healthier and sustainable food more accessible to citizens. This has been accomplished through CropCare active role in championing for a fundamentally different food system in which healthy and sustainable food is affordable and available to all through mainstream channels such as supermarkets, farmers’ markets, school canteens, hospitals, etc. CropCare organizes farmers based on the capacity of the SMEs and support them to meet basic food safety and traceability standards. Our out-grower management system is used to provide evidence of traceability of produce alongside producers’ profiles and unique identifiable code. Where necessary, CropCare undertakes compliance laboratory test on samples of marketable products through the national regulatory bodies.
